    It’s officially wedding season!

Whether you’re a bride-to be, a maid of honor, a bridesmaid or a guest, you can create this easy hairstyle on your favorite wig and look amazing on any big day.

To achieve the most easy and natural look possible, we chose the Angie wig by Jon Renau. Keeping in mind that wedding days are a formal affair (and a very important at that!) we chose to go with the best of the best when it comes to wigs. Angie is made from 100% remy human hair and has a 100% hand tied cap with a monofilament top and a lace front. The 100% hand-tied cap construction will give you the most comfortable fit while the monofilament top gives the illusion of natural hair growth which allows you to part the hair in any direction. The lace front allows you to style the hair off the face. When it comes to wigs it doesn't get any better than this!

What you’ll need for this updo hairstyle:

    1. Pull your hair back into a low ponytail and secure with an elastic band. Quick tip: choose a band that matches the hair color so it will blend in.
    2. Split hair in half just above your elastic.
    3. Loop the ponytail through the space created in step 2 (you’ll create an inside out ponytail).
    4. Take the hair left out of the ponytail and wrap it around your finger to create a roll.
    5. Secure the rolled up bun with bobby pins before releasing your finger. Quick tip: be sure to keep the hair low and over the hairline to disguise the edge of the wig cap.
    6. Set the hairstyle with a medium hold hairspray (be sure to use the appropriate hair product for your wig’s fiber, see all hair products by BeautiMark).

The Golden Globes and the SAG Awards both had one thing in common: the Side Swept hairstyle.

Even now as we enter New York Fashion Week, we’ve already seen models on the runway in one shoulder tresses; clearly this trend is in motion. Celebrities, models and designers have all been swept away with this easy to do hairstyle. And YOU TOO can have red carpet hair at home… we’ll show you how!

We chose the Adriana wig for a few reasons. First of all, this synthetic hair wig comes with a beautiful ready-to-wear wave pattern that best matched the locks we saw on the red carpet. However, if you have a human hair or heat-friendly synthetic hair wig (or your own hair) you can recreate the curls using a 1” curling iron. Also, this wig has a lace front and a monofilament top. This type of cap construction is perfect for this hairstyle because it will give your side part the most realistic look.

This hairstyle is as easy as 1, 2, 3! Just follow the detailed steps below and give yourself a wig-over with this super easy tutorial.

What you’ll need for the Side Swept hairstyle:

    1. Make a side part using a rattail comb.
    2. Sweep hair over the tip of your ear and let it fall over your natural hairline. This will conceal the edge of the wig.
    3. Pin hair to that side with bobby pins (crisscross the pins for the strongest hold). At this point you can apply some hairspray to tame flyways for a smooth finish.

    And Voilà! You’re done!

    3. Cover your Bases

As your skin starts to lose its bronze pigment from the summer sun, highlights can begin to wash you out. You can either rock a wig and change your look completely or disguise new growth with an add-on. Hairpieces can give you the appearance of a fresh salon touch-up!

Nothing is hotter for fall than prints and patterns. Accessorize your wig or hair with printed hair extensions and get in touch with your animal instincts!

    5. You Grow Girl

Long hair for the cooler months is super popular! Thanks to wigs we don’t have to wait to grow out our hair! Switch up your short wig for a longer one or add length to your hair with clip-in hair extensions.
