    I just watched your customer service video and I would like to pass on one of my comments based on experience. When I have called to talk to someone 'live' as opposed to ordering from the website, they have told me that the two order histories are separate and they can't access my online info to help me compare what I have ordered to what I propose ordering. To me, this is considering the company's needs rather than the client's needs. If that has changed since I last ordered, I'm glad.

    When are you going to open a store in the Ottawa region - I would so love to have a store where we can go and try on wigs to see if they would look good on me. I have been ordering from you for quite a while and I have always been satisfied with the service. Keep up the good work.

    Like Wigs.com. Many purchases from them over the years. My favorite is Petite Persuasion by Revlon. Could we please have more modern petite wig styles? I'd love to buy the Tabatha Coffey edgy, sleek, long wig. But it's a size average. Boo!

    Thought the video was right on! Professionally done and articulate. Customer service is the MOST important thing. I have one for close to 10 years. The only thing I wish you would change is the amount of time for returns WITH TAGS still ON WIGS. If they are in the original box, and still have the TAG with NO SIGN of wear, give us more than 7 days to return. PLEASE!
    Great video, excellent explanation and the best - most beautiful real looking hair ANYWHERE! No one knows I wear your hair! Thanks so much for continued improvements. I wear them not from illness or thinning hair - I wear them for convenience and time! Plus- no matter what the weather, my hair looks perfect in the rain, humidity, anytime - all the time! Regina

    I LOVE LOVE Raquel Welch wigs. I have so many of them. I lost my hair from Chemo and grow back but very thin. I can't say enough about her wigs. And Wigs.com is so easy to order from. The wig and color's are great. One you order you get to know what the color's will be like. The picture of the wigs and color chart you can't go wrong. I always order from Wigs.com and will continue. Very happy customer.

    DO NOT order a wig from this company. If you have to return it, you will only get a fraction of your purchase price and THEN you have to give it back to THEM. This is robbery because THEY have made up a policy to KEEP your money! And because THEY say so, THEY have the right to rob you!
