New Return Policy - Effective Sept. 1, 2019

Here at Wigs.com, we aspire to create the absolute best customer service experience online. And, let's be honest, shopping for alternative hair online is hard. There are SO many styles, cuts, fiber types, cap constructions, colors - we could go on. We know how difficult it is to shop for wigs, toppers, and hair extensions online, which is why we instituted a new return policy starting September 1, 2019.

From this date on, you can enjoy:

  • Hassle-free returns - We keep our online returns process simple and takes about 4 clicks & you're done!
  • No return/restocking fees - We know how difficult it is to choose the perfect style and color the first time around, which is why you can now return eligible products with no fees for store credit or refund. 
  • 14 days return period - We are committed to making this process easy for you, so eligible returns will receive a full refund, excluding the return shipping cost. Orders must be shipped back to Wigs.com within 14 days from the original ship date to be eligible.

    The Wigs.com Return Policy is the same for clearance items as non-clearance items.     Hi Barb,

    We apologize for the delayed response from our Client Care Representatives. The office building’s power was knocked out late Sunday night due to a tornado coming very close to our office. So, our Client Care Representatives have not been available to assist on 10/21 or 10/22.

    However, we are back in office today with full electricity! So, please be patient with our reps as we try to play catch up from the past few days. Thank you!

    I purchased a wig and had to return it but never was given credit or a replacement or credit for the returned wig. Now that has been awhile back so they have had plenty of time to take care of this problem. I will not give the company a good rating to spend my money. I have purchased several other wigs by other co and never had this happen. Be Aware and not order from them. They never answer the phone so its impossible to get contact with them .

    I just tried on my wig for the first time today. I had a new wig cap, so I used mine, and not yours. The wig was too light and did not look at all natural on me. I would like to return it. I have never worn a wig before, and it tool some nerve just to try it on.Please let me know what I need to do.

    I bought my wig and got it home and it is too light in color.
    I want the same wig in a different color. can I exchange it or do I have to return get a refund then repurchase another one.
