Shopping for wigs online makes life easy! Not getting your order… Not so much!  It is an unfortunate fact of life that shopping online, although super convenient, can come with its frustrations. If you happen to be buying a wig or hairpiece that is popular, you can most likely experience the hated backorder situation.

"Where is my wig? Surely you hate having to ask this…We most definitely hate hearing it! 

When you place an order with us, your item is pulled from our stock in our warehouse or immediately ordered directly from the wig manufacturer for next day delivery to us. In some instances, both we and the manufacturer are out of stock in this item and awaiting a new shipment. This is the dreaded back order . It is frustrating for us as we are not always in formed of a back order in advance. However, the IT team here at Beauty & Hair are making great strides in revamping and perfecting our back-order system.

We have already made important changes such as notifying our clients on our website when an item is on back order. If it is on back order here at wigs.com…It is almost certain that it is on back-order everywhere in the country. The difference is, we can give you a heads up so you can make the choice whether to continue with ordering a back-order item, or make a choice on something that is in stock! We consider this a big win and have already seen much happier clients as a result.


Where is my wig order?


Tracking your orders have also become super easy with us. You should be informed via email the moment your package leaves our warehouse with the tracking number. This makes it easy to know exactly when to expect your package. We are so thankful for the advancements we have made… But we are still not happy! There are lots of improvements in the hopper which you will see executed over the next 12 months.  We are hoping to change "where is my order?" too… "LOVE my new wig!"

I placed my order in February 2021 and I’m still haven’t received anything please send my a response on when I can expect my order


Please contact me and let me know how long it is going to take.I ordered two wigs and when I ordered them I left a message saying I needed on this weekend that I had a family function to go to. I don’t even know how to track my order. So if you would please contact me through email or phone number. My email is porterramona1968@gmail.com and my phone number is 704-498-7399. I would really appreciate it if somebody would contact me and give me a general idea of where my wigs are and when they will arrive. I paid a lot of money for both of them and I would like to know when I will be able to get them. I’ve been very sick I’ve lost all my hair and I would really like to be able to get them as soon as possible. Thank you and God bless.
