New Return Policy - Effective Sept. 1, 2020

Here at Wigs.com, we aspire to create the absolute best customer service experience online. And, let's be honest, shopping for alternative hair online is hard. There are SO many styles, cuts, fiber types, cap constructions, colors - we could go on. We know how difficult it is to shop for wigs, toppers, and hair extensions online, which is why we instituted a new return policy starting September 1, 2020.

From this date on, you can enjoy:

  • Hassle-free returns - We keep our online returns process simple and takes about 4 clicks & you're done!
  • No return/restocking fees - We know how difficult it is to choose the perfect style and color the first time around, which is why you can now return eligible products with no fees for store credit or refund. 
  • 30 days return period - We are committed to making this process easy for you, so eligible returns will receive a full refund, excluding the return shipping cost. Orders must be shipped back to Wigs.com within 30 days from the original ship date to be eligible.

    Hi Emily,

    In the event that the sewn in tag was removed we would not be able to accept the return. If the hang tag (usually a folded paper tag with the wig information) has been removed or the long string that attaches to the wig has been cut, but it is returned with the wig undamaged then we can accept the return.

    I have two wigs received this week which have a chemical smell and look nothing like the Coco I have been wearing please advise

    If within the 30 day return window do you still accept the return if the tags were removed? I accidentally removed the tag off the wrong item from a large batch of wigs I ordered and the one I want to return is the one I accidentally took the tag off.

    Yes, wigs on sale are still eligible for return as long as the item follows return eligibility, which you can learn more about here: https://www.wigs.com/apps/help-center#exchange-or-return-product-eligibility, and your return is within the 30 day return period.

    If a wig is on sale and/or antra % off is it still eligible for return? I couldn’t find that info onine.
