New Return Policy - Effective Sept. 1, 2020

Here at Wigs.com, we aspire to create the absolute best customer service experience online. And, let's be honest, shopping for alternative hair online is hard. There are SO many styles, cuts, fiber types, cap constructions, colors - we could go on. We know how difficult it is to shop for wigs, toppers, and hair extensions online, which is why we instituted a new return policy starting September 1, 2020.

From this date on, you can enjoy:

  • Hassle-free returns - We keep our online returns process simple and takes about 4 clicks & you're done!
  • No return/restocking fees - We know how difficult it is to choose the perfect style and color the first time around, which is why you can now return eligible products with no fees for store credit or refund. 
  • 30 days return period - We are committed to making this process easy for you, so eligible returns will receive a full refund, excluding the return shipping cost. Orders must be shipped back to Wigs.com within 30 days from the original ship date to be eligible.

We apologize for any confusion with returning. The wording you saw was regarding the breast cancer donation and not the wigs. Please call our representatives at 1-800-581-2001 Monday – Friday 8 am – 6:30 pm CT to assist you with returning.

I started a return on 2 items and both said that the item was not eligible for a return but rather a donation to cancer sufferers, which meets my issue. Both items met all your criteria for a full refund. What am I to believe?

We apologize for any confusion with your return and refund. The only money we don’t refund is shipping costs. We recommend contacting our representatives to go over your refund further.

why did I get only a partial return on the wig I had less than 24 hours? It was only opened and looked at. Color was wrong so I sent back right away.
