I received my topper through a professional salon. It was cut for the way I wear my hair. I washed, dried and styled to place the part where I wanted. I found it so easy to style and care for. NO ONE has noticed that it’s not my hair. I love it and will purchase again!!!
This topper fooled my family, friends and everyone at work! (Malibu blonde was a great match for my own hair.) But it’s not great out of the box- it can be shiny which can look fake. My hair is fine and thin at the front so it didn’t blend great near the hairline. I bought my first one in a shop where they cut light bangs which took care of hairline issues, and trimmed it to a blunt bob. Washing it a few times takes care of shininess. Dry shampoo is also recommended for shininess (not sure about that for dark hair). You do need to treat synthetic hair pretty gently. When the first one was broken in a bit I bought several and rotated them. I got over some of my thinning hair so stopped wearing it daily but it’s so convenient if you’re feeling lazy- just plop it on and go. Highly recommend.
I returned it the next day. Not natural looking at all!
Excellent. The product is good quality/ it’s only been three washes in so I’m not sure how long it will keep up. I do believe that maintenance is key and using the right products. I would buy again and recommend to anyone who could use a little extra up top.
