This is the 4th time I have purchased this model. When it arrived I immediately removed all tags. When I did try to style the wig it is not the same quality as before. Very straight . Impossible to coerce into a style I had previous. Had I not removed the tags, it certainly would have been returned(lesson learned).
I wore Sparkle several years ago and liked it, but wanted to try other styles. After about 10 different styles, brands, and colors, I am back to Sparkle. It's easy to style, comfortable, and I like it.
