To determine the right size wig for you, measure the circumference of your head from the front hairline, behind your ear, to the nape of your neck, to your other ear and then back to the front hairline. Jot down your measurement then consult the table below. Please note that sizes may vary slightly by brand.
Many wigs come in petite, average and large cap sizes. Average size wigs, however, tend to fit about 90-95% of customers. See wig size chart below, so you are able to determine the best cap size for you!

When I received Avery, I was disappointed. I ordered it in Chiffon Candy because the model doing the video said that's what color she was wearing, and I liked it. However, if you look on the thumbnail sketch, it looked yellow and gold. So when I received it, it didn't look like either one of those colors. So I sent it back and ordered it in silky sand. The manufacturers of these wigs need to do a better job at showing us true colors of these wigs. We spend a lot of money on them, but have to return most of the time because of color differences. Then we get stuck with shipping costs, restocking fees, etc. If you guys could get together and represent the true color of the wig, you would have less returns and happier customers. In this day and age of advancing technology, I don't see why that couldn't happen. Many women are tired of this problem and discuss it in our groups. It happens in every online store, not just yours.
I've seen so many glowing reviews of Noriko Jackson, and what's been called Jackson's sister wig, Tressallure Avery, so I decided to try both because the price is definitely right! I expected Jackson to have massive volume and permatease, and for Avery to have less. I thought Avery might be more manageable than Jackson, less work to be presentable. I've actually found the opposite. Jackson was surprisingly good straight out of the box (although, don't get me wrong, I put work into Jackson!) Avery, though. My God. Okay, right off the top... Why does Tressallure package their wigs so thoughtlessly? Their wigs come inside out and with cardboard and plastic inserted into the hair. I've bought three Tressallure wigs, and all three have come with severe box head and some damage to the fibers. I have to wash them and then spend a lot of time steaming them just to get them pointed in the direction of presentable. It's beyond aggravating... Two of the Tressallure wigs I've bought had damage to the cap--broken wefts and seams that needed to be sewn back into place. I've read other people say the same thing... Just stop packaging them so ridiculously, Tressallure! It's like your people have a running joke: how badly can we do this and still have people buy our wigs??? This is not a comment on the quality control of Wigs.com. I bought the defective wigs elsewhere, and the reviews I've read of similar experiences were elsewhere, too. Anyway. So, Avery is very thick and poofy on top. Even the top of the cap feels really thick. The permatease is really apparent. I was able to tamp down Jackson's permatease and volume and even create a fake skin parting. To do the same with Avery... Man, that's gonna be a project. I haven't done anything besides wash it at this point. It's still a mess... hair bent in funny ways, fairly shapeless, damaged fibers. Avery's cap is smallish on my average size head. It wants to keep riding back, so I'll definitely want to wear a wig grip with it. (Jackson is ridiculously small...) The other Tressallure wigs I own fit way more comfortably. I bought deep sepia, expecting it to be a warm, reddish-toned brown. I was guessing at which color I might like to try, because the color pictures and descriptions for Tressallure are not helpful. Deep sepia is a warm, medium brown with subtle caramel highlights. It is very similar to Rene of Paris' toasted brown. Deep sepia is a pretty color, just not what I would have chosen, had I known. The Tressallure wig fibers feel dry, not very shiny, and are of a thinner diameter from other brands I own. It feels more like my own fine hair (before alopecia, Maybe some buyers luck out and get relatively decent out-of-the-box wigs from this brand, but it's definitely not been my experience.
I love this wig! I have received so many compliments. I highly recommend it! I will be purchasing a backup.
Finally found a wig I love and it was a bit of a surprise. I thought I'd be too old for this longer style but I thought wrong. It actually made me look younger and is so well made that it's hard to tell that it lacks a mono top and lace top. The fibers are silky and the color is well blended. My advice is to give it a try, With Wigs.com return policy you have nothing to lose!
