To determine the right size wig for you, measure the circumference of your head from the front hairline, behind your ear, to the nape of your neck, to your other ear and then back to the front hairline. Jot down your measurement then consult the table below. Please note that sizes may vary slightly by brand.

I'm a wig-wearer from WAY back and I've always had a problem with itching. Never wore an Ellen Wille wig before, and had no idea what to expect. It's GLORIOUS! The color, the cut, the fit, are PERFECT but best of all IT DOESN'T ITCH! I've never had such a comfortable wig that fit so perfectly, flattered my face so beautifully, was so easy to style. I want more! NOW! My only complaint was that it took so long to get here. But sure was worth the wait!
I loved the wig; colour and texture was great. I did return it however because the style was not suited for me. As usual, customer service was excellent
I ordered this wig with some shampoos and conditioner. I kept looking at the UPS tracking and it said it was coming soon,,, then said it would be here the next day. Then when i checked again, it said it was being returned to the shipper! I called Wigs.com and they said the package was damaged (product was not damaged) and asked if i still want it. I said yes. then about a week later, i got an email stating that my purchase was on backorder. i called them again and asked where my original wig was, and nobody could tell me so i cancelled my whole order. They said i should get my refund within 2-3 business days ( they took my money a month ago). I am still waiting for my refund and it's been a week since i cancelled order. Still have not heard anything from anybody.
