The wig looked beautiful right out of the box. However after a wash it looked completely different and the texture changed, it became kind of frizzy and dull. Disappointed
I gave it 4 cause its not perfect..they could improve it. This is wear out of the box, natural amount of hair piece. I use non-silicone products only. Once a week I run water over it to rinse then apply a moisturizing mask for 30 minutes then rinse well and air dry..then style by wetting with water in spray bottle and blow drying with round brush or putting in curlers. I use a drop of avocado mid length down. My color is 8/30 and it fades very little. No problem with tangles as long as I do the weekly moisture mask. I have Sienna and Margot in the same color, but I prefer Carrie for everyday wear. The key to success is the care.... no silicone period and use moisturizing shampoo, rinse out conditioner, wash out moisture mask, a little leave in conditioner or a drop of light oil no more. I wash with shampoo once a month. The more leave in products you use, the more often you have to wash. Its the moisture mask that you rinse out that makes the difference. Not sure I can say this but I only use Shea Moisture products.
Just love it - my hairdresser cut and styled it and it looks amazing after the first wash. This is my first human hair wig. I normally wear Jon Renau synthetic and have for years.
So disappointed in this wig. Like all my wigs had it professionally cut and have the proper products to care for it. After 2 washes the colour washed out and it looks more like Shaded sun . i bought 12FS8 and its totally a dry frizzy mess. People that have seen it also comment on how awful it looks. Having to have it shipped to Canada with the exchange and duties and then cut I am out over $1300 for a wig that should have lasted close to a year and its been 2, weeks. Worst purchase I have made.
