I ordered champagne shaded but I do not see the bright white pop in this wig as in the other reviews. I have seen that pop with milkshake (newport) and Crowd Pleaser by Raquel Welch that have ice latte machiatto . This brand does not have the dimension in color with low lights and blonde highlights but I tried.
The hairline scalp looks like it has been burned! Is this the permatease? I filtered all the ways on the webiste, noted mono crown and cap size plus length, style, and usually note when there is a mono part but did not pick up on the fact this would have that singed look where the permatease is attached and due to the lack of wefting . I watch all the videos on each product page, have watched online videos reviewing the different shades of blonde by Renau and Wille and regardless of all the videos, reviews and images, I still seem to expect something different when the wigs arrive. I shopped, evaluated, wanting to order only the few that are most likely to work - and despite being critical and doing due diligence, it seems I cannot find what I am looking for.
I cannot find the dimension in color outside of RW but her caps are all too dense and the longer should length wigs don't have the same dimension and too much permatease. Spotlight felt like a bowling ball on my head. I love the style and density and wish there was anyone who made this is an ashy low walnut with bright white highlights and medium lights.

This is my first Ellen Wille wig and I'm impressed!! The cut is super flattering, the cap is comfortable and it stays put on my head without a wig grip! A PLUS!!! I ordered Lightest Champagne Shaded and the color is so pretty. I took pics inside and out. The easiest wig I have styled so far.... and dresses up cute with a Squareband headband. The density is seems light to me and the fibers are a dream!! The fringe is a bit long for bangs, but as I typically do, I pulled out a few of my shorter bangs in 2 of the pics- just to show you how it looks. I usually wear and average cap and was a little worried about this brand being a petite/average - but it fits my head very well. YAY!!

I originally was going to return this face flopper of a wig due to it looking so unnatural and big on my small/skinny face(is what I've been told I have, apparently. I thought I was normal size 😂). I'm so thankful this company offers one on one zoom video chat help!! I got a lovely employee named Antonia! Right away she was so helpful and understanding. She spoke in such a kind, caring voice and understood where I was coming from whereas another company brushed me off and took my money with no help. Because of that, I felt so discouraged about my new wig journey. This was my second purchase and my first purchase from another company went horribly so I'm out $500 with a wig I can't return. I'm so thankful I discovered this company. I'm also grateful I was able to buy Luna on sale for only $150! I just wanted to thank Antonia again. Because of her, I will be keeping this wig! I went into the video chat fully thinking I was going to return her without a doubt! Antonia is such a great employee! You guys are lucky to have her!!

Didn't realize how much permatease this has. It looks ridiculous on me. It didn't come with the factory zigzag part either which is strange. I'm new to the world of wigs.
WWigs.com4 months agoThis wig is designed with more basic features. in the absence of a monofilament or hand tied top in order to keep the cost down, there must be a permatease design in an effort to camouflage the wefting at the top. Permatease does this but it is not optimal in giving a skin part effect. It is best for short wigs with some volume at the top. it is most hidden in this type of style.
The zig zag part is not always present in a brand new wig. depending on the style this feature may vary. if the goal of the wig is to give height or lift at the top, you may not see the zigzag as it is also affected by the permatease. i hope this helps clarify.
