After dealing with Best wig outlet for many years I tried your company only because the item that I order (4 times a year) was out of stock. They were rude, annoyed and could never give me a date when back in stock. I called your company to set if you had that item. Your girl told me it was also put if stock and when to call back. I did and it was in stock. The girl was sweet, courteous, professional and helpful. I ordered two wigs and got a discount and free shipping. I wish I knew her and to tell you. Wonderful employee. You now have a customer got life. Best wigs is now worst wigs in my book. You're number one for me. Thank you.

What happen to this wig bought one 3 years ago had much more hair --- now it is so THIN especially on the bottom I buy a lot if wigs like different styles though I would go back to this style Michelle by Estetica 12\ 26 CH love the color but was so disappointed in the lack of hair What a shame use to be really nice so sad wanted to go back to this style .
