I always have a problem with wigs staying in place, I’ve tried caps, grip bands and caps with grip bands and they don’t stay put. I have 2 freedom wigs which are silicone lined and fitted to your head and they are only comfortable wigs I’ve had. My problem with them is cost , $4800, and they don’t do all gray hair and they are so full of hair. I’m 72 and have gray hair for a good 10 years and very fine hair. These silicone sheets are the best! I sewed a piece on lace front and piece on back of wig and they stay in place and are comfortable. I lost all my hair with Covid vaccines and boosters and have a 5% chance of ever growing hair. I now have a few gray hair wigs that will be my go to daily.

I love this! Easy to sew inside your wig cap (hey, even in a hat!). Gives me that extrGtio. I use it ONLY on the basic cap features. Meaning, the neckline of a handtied wig or top of a regular cap. No messing with monofilament or lace. Product is pricey but can be used on lots of wigs. A little piece it does a big job!

I put a strip at the nape and one towards the front and slippage is a thing of the past. If you have no hair at all like me, this is all you will ever need, of you are still concerned about your wig coming off or slipping these silicone strips are the perfect location for applying double sided tape ( but really, if it touches your skin and you stitched it in with the correct side towards your skin, you won’t need any tape!)
