    Pretty but not perfect

    I’m a loyal Raquel Welch wig user. I bought this one as a change. It’s fine. It doesn’t feel as silky as my usual Stop Traffic. Also.. the lace front is very scratchy. It’s a pretty wig. Color is great. I couldn’t give it a five, but it’s a solid four.

    Cute but too small

    I have no idea how they can consider Chloe and Dakota to both be average sized. Dakota has been fine, but Chloe popped off my head like a rocket. You can look inside and see that it is made considerably smaller on the inside.

    Other than that, it did look nice. But can't have it popping off or giving me a headache.

    Not the wig for me, it came out of the box looking like the box. I got it in the shape it was suppose to be, I think, after working with it. It didn't fit my face right and the curl pattern was less curl and more big wave and kind of flat. I love Envy and this wig had a great lace front and beautiful color. Just not right for me. I like more wave. Envy is still my number one go to brand.

    Really bad customer service by Ella

    Chloeculture has been absolutely awful to deal with no after sales service.

    I ordered 4 of the lace front blonde wigs in different lengths they took forever to arrive which I totally understood in every follow up I was advised to just wait on the 27/9/2021 I received an w mail to say your items have landed and are onboard for delivery I contacted them in the 4th October to say I’d still not received my parcel it turned up around the 17th October.

    On opening the parcel I realised this was not what I’d seen on their site these were really cheap looking wigs very artificial looking and No front lace which I really wanted for the Natural effect as shown in all of their videos … in communication with Ella I have been advised to just our he’s them again. I have now suggested that I am happy to donate these to the cancer foundation for woman whom really need them and id like the same styles with the lace front and more natural look but no response… but s like others to know that this company does not seem to care about their customers and after sales service I’ve also

    Mentioned that if the lace front is a bit more expensive I’m happy to pay it. Still no response 😡😡🥵
