Love her …
This is my 3rd MacKenzie and I have her in 3 colors. I’ve customized each a little differently (like with length and bangs) and love that I have so much flexibility with her. She wears well, is super soft, washes beautifully and is a true gem. I would definitely recommend this wig

This is a winner!!
This is my second Mackenzie and I love her! It's so soft and easy to wear. I would highly recommend this to anyone because even if it's a little too long or you prefer to trim the front and have bangs - you can easily do that.

This is one of my favorite wigs that I always order, however this time it was different. It had a lot of curl in it more than usual and it didn’t seem as long. I decided to keep it because I didn’t have time to send it back and I needed to wear it on my trip. Not sure if I will order this one again.

Disappointed again
The color was totally wrong. The packaging wasn't good. No netting or cardboard around the wig. Only the wrong wig thrown in. The last few wigs I had to return because there wasn't much hair at the crown, and you could actually see the band in front. I've been buying these wigs, especially Envy, for many, many years now, but I'm thinking that if the quality doesn't get better, I'm going to have to look for another company to buy from. Plus, the prices are rising but the quality is worse.

This is very realistic
So I just received it today. And I tried it just out of box it was just wow. I looked very realistic. Hair quality is amazing. It don’t look fake at all. I gave 4 starts just because of cap size. It’s too tight for me and gave me headache. But anyone with average size would be perfect. I am still keeping it. Yes I would definitely recommend it.
