If you like long hair this is perfection. It’s a lot of hair but not too much for the length - it’s realistic but I wouldn’t recommend it for those who prefer a low density. I have a very sensitive scalp and the hand tied cap is so comfortable, it doesn’t cause me any discomfort. The regular synthetic fibres are great and low maintenance, they do tangle but no more than other synthetics of this length. This is my third Down Time, in the past I’ve had issues with fraying lace on this style but love it so much I keep coming back, what I’m now doing is adhering the lace front to my head with water soluble wig adhesive spray to stop the lace from moving or being pulled, hopefully this will protect it and it has seemed to work so far.

I usually purchase Jon Renau synthetic wigs as the hair looks and feels like real bio hair and has great movement. All time favorite is Amber. I bought this wig mainly for the length. The wave/curls are nice, however the synthetic hair is really thin. So once it’s combed out the hair appears frizzy and dry with no movement, which then tends to look overly fake. In my opinion the pictures and videos taken with this wig is not at all close to how it really looks. Although I am now having to keep this wig, I will be returning to the Jon Renau brand in the future.

This is the wig that I continue to buy from Raquel Welch. It looks exactly like my own hair before I lost it. I bought this about a year ago and it was cheaper. The total price was 30% off but it was in the early $400.00 range. So the wig ended up costing me $234.00. These wigs are expensive and can only afford maybe 2 a year. If the price goes up & down I’m sorry but I won’t be able to buy any?
