Where can I find my Order Number?
Your order number can be found in your Order History, on your Invoice you received with your items, or on your confirmation email.
What can I return?
We will gladly accept returns on all eligible products (altered packaging/product, worn, or damaged items are not eligible for return) postmarked back to us within 30 days of receiving. See Return Product Eligibility for full details.
When returning your item, you may choose from these options:
- Store Credit – No fee is charged if you return your item for store credit to be used for a future order(s). Store credits cannot be refunded to a credit or debit card.
- Refund: A return handling fee will be applied for all products returned for refund:
- Items $100 or less: $5.00 Handling Fee
- Items Over $100: $10.00 Handling Fee
- Human Hair Over $300: $25.00 Handling Fee
When will I get my refund?
Refunds will be processed within 3 to 5 business days from receiving your return. Typically, financial institutions will process within 3 to 9 business days. Please note: your bank may have a delay in processing your credit back to your account. (edited)
