Wrong color shipped
I ordered a repeat of what I had however, wasnt really happy with it. Since, I chose it. I kept it, then reordered dark brown, still received a lighter color.
The order was dark brown, that was not what was received. The style of the wig i would rate 5.
I wondered how someone couldn't see it definitely was not a dark brown wig. I have spent thousands on wigs with this company. Customer service is normally great!

You Ruined My Life!
I have worn this wig for Many years and loved it so much! The last 3 that I have purchased are made differently! You have ruined it! I use to take it out the box, just shake it and throw it on! Many gals would approach me wherever I was to ask who cut my hair! Compliments always! NOT the Same anymore!!! I am just sick!!
