    Great wigs and good quality

    Love my wig purchase. Your customer service team is so helpful and professional too. I am so disappointed I tried to use my rewards points after the purchase and I lost All of them I had 3146 which is a substantial amount and I so wanted to use these earned points .I though I could save them and use but was confused How to apply them. Your attention to this matter would be appreciated

    Shaded Iced Cappuccino (loving the density and style!)

    I took a chance on this wig because I'm a petite size but this only comes in average (please make more in petite and hand tied!). Right out of the box it falls so nicely. I can't say about the featherlite fibers but the wig does seem less dense to me (the way I like it). It's a similar style to Simmer Elite IMO but just a smidge longer. I like the ends are straight which might help with upkeep but only time will tell. This wig almost fit my petite sizing. I'm 20.75 in circumference. I took it in a bit at the ears and at the nape with some stitching so it fit me better but I don't think I was swimming in it. I really like the density (it feels less dense than my simmer elite petite and I've thinned my simmer). I really like these face framing layers-- I can see that you could make them into a bang if you wanted. I just like the way they sweep into the style on the sides. This color is Shaded Iced Cappuccino. One other thing I did-- I plucked some of the very pale hair at the lace line because to me they look a bit fake (but this is a personal preference). The hairline realism is really very good. I just don't like that very uniform pale blonde along the front. I'm really liking her. I'm keen to see how the ends hold up (and I might update this later). My Simmer Elite Petite comes right above my shoulders and has help up well but that might be because I have little friction there. Overall, this wig feels lite and looks very realistic. The cap is very comfortable. I'm not sure…
