I have had the same experience as "Does't last". I bought the Hydra products and very littlel difference. It is so tangled after wearing for an hour it sticks straight out. It is very dry even though I do not shampoo often and use conditioning products recommended. It is so dry that in desperation I coated it in conditioner and did not rinse it out and it just absorbed it without looking greasy or heavy. Also the lace is beginning to fray. I had so many compliments the first month or so but I can't afford a new wig in this price range every other month.
Pleased with the look
This is my first wig after suddenly developing alopecia areata at the age of 48 in August. I did not like the color, but it was my fault for not ordering the color ring. My stylist added highlights and shaped and layered it. I get compliments when I wear it. I have worn it everyday since October and I am just now beginning to see some breakage and frizz. Also a little easier to get tangled. There is a sharp piece of the cap by my right ear that sticks out of the material and pokes my scalp. My favorite thing about this wig is that I can scrunch it while wet and air dry it for a wavy look, or I can blow dry and straighten it, but either way it looks great.
Out of the box, this wig is beautiful and soft. Unfortunately, shortly after wearing, the wig frizzed and tangles unbelievably. I looked like the SNL character, Rosanne Rosannadanna because it fluffed and tangled at the neck and if I turned my head or nodded, it stayed clumped together and looked nothing like regular hair movement. I took it to a professional hair dresser to see if there was anything that could be done and she said she couldn't' believe how badly it tangled. This came from a hairdresser that specializes in wigs. Paying $700 for a wig is a significant investment for me and I cannot afford to buy garbage. I will stay away from this brand because of this experience.

We're so sorry to hear about the frizz you experienced! We recommend the following tips to prevent and correct this issue.
1. Shampoo with the Hydra Shampoo, http://www.wigs.com/hydra-shampoo-by-beautimark.html then condition with the Intensive Recovery Mask, http://www.wigs.com/intensive-recovery-mask-by-beautimark.html
2. (Optional) Take thin, small sections and spray the Daily Protect Leave-in Spray http://www.wigs.com/daily-protect-leave-in-spray-by-beautimark.html
3. Use a wide tooth comb to smooth and detangle We recommend the Hair Trix comb by Beauti Mark http://www.wigs.com/hair-trix-wide-tooth-wigs-comb-by-beautimark.html
4. Blow dry and curl or flat iron to complete your look
The wig I had before this one was 1/2 human hair 1/2 synthetic from a different brand and website. The wig didn't fit right and never looked like real hair to me. I always felt uncomfortable wearing it around town. So I reluctantly decided to try a different website and brand and decided to go with 100 percent human hair. I was very happy when I took the wig out of the box it felt amazingly soft like real hair. When I put it one and looked in the mirror I got extremely excited. Finally when I looked in the mirror the person staring back at me actually looked like me pre-cancer. Now when I go out I don't feel self conscious anymore.
Nicole is lovely. the hair quality and style are perfect!
