Subscribe & Save Program – Terms & Conditions
These Terms & Conditions (“Terms”) govern participation in the Wigs.com Subscribe & Save Program (“Program”). By enrolling in the Program, you agree to the following terms.
1. Enrollment
To enroll in the Subscribe & Save Program, customers must:
- Visit the product page of an eligible item.
- Select the “Subscribe & Save” option.
- Add the item to their cart and complete checkout.
An active Wigs.com account is required to manage subscriptions.
2. Program Benefits
Subscribers receive the following benefits on eligible recurring orders:
- 30% savings on order renewals
- Exclusive subscriber perks, including eligibility for giveaways and bonus rewards (as outlined below).
Discounts apply only to qualifying subscription renewal orders, cannot be combined with other offers, and may not apply to non-eligible items.
3. Eligible Products
Only select products qualify for Subscribe & Save. Eligibility is indicated on each product page. Customers may also view all eligible items in the designated Subscribe & Save collection.
Wigs.com reserves the right to modify eligible products at any time without notice.
4. Wigs Cash Rewards
Subscribers earn promotional store credit (“Wigs Cash”) on qualifying subscription orders as follows:
- Orders under $299: $5 Wigs Cash
- Orders $300–$999: $20 Wigs Cash
- Orders $1,000 or more: $50 Wigs Cash
Wigs Cash Terms:
- Wigs Cash is valid for 30 days from the issue date.
- Wigs Cash may be combined with other discounts and promotions unless otherwise stated.
- Wigs Cash cannot be applied toward subscription renewal orders.
- Wigs Cash has no cash value and is non-transferable.
- Wigs.com reserves the right to modify or discontinue Wigs Cash at any time.
5. Hair Insider Rewards
Active subscribers earn:
2x Hair Insider points on:
- Subscription renewal orders
- Additional Wigs.com purchases made while the subscription is active
Points are subject to the Hair Insider Rewards Program Terms & Conditions.
6. Managing Your Subscription
Subscribers may manage their subscription at any time by logging into their Wigs.com account and selecting “Manage Subscriptions.”
Available options include:
- Changing delivery frequency
- Adding eligible products
- Updating shipping or payment information
- Pausing subscription
- Canceling subscription
Changes must be made prior to the order processing date to apply to the upcoming shipment.
7. Pausing a Subscription
Subscribers may pause their subscription at any time.
While paused for up to 60 days, subscribers retain:
- Subscription pricing benefits
- Giveaway eligibility
- Hair Insider reward earnings
- Accrued Wigs Cash
If a subscription remains paused for more than 60 consecutive days, it will automatically be canceled.
8. Cancellation
Subscribers may cancel at any time by:
- Logging into their account.
- Selecting “Manage Subscriptions.”
- Choosing the cancellation option.
Cancellation must be completed prior to order processing to avoid being charged for the next shipment. There is a 7-day grace period to reactivate your subscription to keep your rewards.

10. Modifications & Termination
Wigs.com reserves the right to:
- Modify, suspend, or terminate the Subscribe & Save Program at any time.
- Change discounts, rewards, eligibility requirements, or benefits without prior notice.
- Refuse or cancel subscriptions at its discretion.
11. General Conditions
- Discounts and rewards are non-transferable and have no cash value.
- Abuse of the Program may result in removal from the Program.
- Participation in the Program constitutes acceptance of these Terms & Conditions.
