Tanya was more than a part of our community, she was family. Her light, laughter, and strength continue to inspire us every day. Though she is deeply missed, her legacy will forever live on in the hearts of all who knew her.

2015 - Tanya Begins Her Career at Wigs.com

Although Tanya’s journey with Wigs.com began in 2015, her heart for helping others was already deeply rooted. Before joining us, she worked at Children’s Medical Center in Dallas, where she poured her energy into supporting kids, especially those facing illness or cancer. That experience shaped her compassion and dedication. When Tanya started her role here at Wigs.com, it only deepened her passion for serving those fighting cancer.

2016-2017- Tanya's Promotions to Management

Her passion for serving others quickly earned her a promotion to Assistant Manager. Later, in 2017, she stepped into her new role as Manager, thriving as a leader who inspired her peers. With her new position, she led her team with heart and dedication, guiding them to success while pouring genuine care into every client relationship. Her inspired leadership earned her multiple Employee of the Year awards - a testament to her compassion and the positive impact she had on those around her.

2017-2021 - A Beautiful Relationship

Her love for helping others grew even stronger after meeting Jeff, a resilient, compassionate man with a deep commitment to supporting wounded veterans through the Adaptive Training Foundation. Jeff’s strength and kindness beautifully complemented Tanya’s generous heart. Together, they shared countless adventures during their dating years, which eventually led to a joyful engagement.

March 2021 - Happily Ever After

Married life was beautiful, filled with simple joys like taking their RV to the lake, visiting the vineyard where they had exchanged vows, and creating countless cherished memories. Tanya also embraced her role as a stepmom, gaining two children who adored her and affectionately nicknamed her 'Mamye' and 'Tanye.' The love Tanya and Jeff shared radiated outward, touching not only their family but everyone fortunate enough to know them.

2022 - Lights, Camera, Action!

As Tanya’s personal life flourished, so did her career. She became a familiar face of Wigs.com, sharing her knowledge and compassion not only over the phone but also through social media, where clients connected with both her expertise and her heart.

2023 - Her Diagnosis

In October 2023, Tanya received the difficult news of her cancer diagnosis while at the office. Though the journey was an emotional rollercoaster, she faced it head-on with a smile. She always made sure to ask others how they were doing. She refused to let cancer define her; she took charge of her path, choosing to shave her head with Jeff at her side.

March 2024 - Face of Change

Tanya faced her diagnosis with determination, turning her journey into a way to help others in the same fight. She became the face of our collaboration with Stand Up To Cancer, bravely sharing her story in hopes of touching just one life, which she did. Through it all, she never wavered in her dedication to her clients, showing up each day for them and others.

April 2024 - Last Chemo Treatment

In April 2024, Tanya proudly rang the bell, celebrating with family and friends. She faced every step of her journey with remarkable poise and grace.

May 2024 - Her Hardest Chapter

Though Tanya rang the bell; her journey was not over. The hardest chapter was still to come. She was scheduled for a double mastectomy, a daunting step she faced with remarkable courage. Braving her fears, she underwent surgery and endured a painful recovery. Yet with every milestone, she grew stronger, more resilient, and her zest for life shone much brighter.

February 2025 - Wigs.com 25 years Celebration

Throughout her own journey, Tanya also celebrated 25 years of Wigs.com, where she had long been one of our driving forces. As the photo above shows, her radiant smile was a constant reminder to us all that with courage and determination, we can push through anything.

May 2025 - CCR Meet the Team Live

Tanya shared one final, special team meeting with 'her girls,' as she so lovingly called them. The gathering pictured above was filled with tears and gratitude, as Tanya and her team reflected on the many touching moments when clients had impacted their lives.

May 2025 - In Remission

After a long battle, Tanya was finally in remission, though regular checkups were scheduled for the next five years. Her outlook on life was beautifully captured in a video from this time, where she shared: "I celebrate life and all its ups and downs. I embrace every opportunity to live fully and wholeheartedly… I don’t miss out on and take full advantage of now."

November 2025 - Tanya's 10 Year Anniversary

This November would have been Tanya’s 10th year with the company. 10 years of impact!

A Legacy of Love

On July 4th, 2025, we tragically lost Tanya and her husband Jeff to the Kerrville, TX floods. Both lived with an incredible zest for life and carried an unwavering care for others. Though they are no longer with us, their love, memories, and lasting impact will forever remain in our hearts. To Tanya and Jeff, we love you, we honor you, and we will cherish you always.
