Lizzy | Synthetic Wig (Basic Cap)

I recently returned two Lizzy wigs to Wigs.com that were the worst quality I have ever received. The fibers were excessively thin and had an unnatural shine, making me wonder how these units passed quality control.

While I have long been a fan of the "Lizzy" style—which is a perfect cut for a senior and earns me constant compliments—the lack of consistency is becoming a major issue for me. Even within the same style, I am seeing significant variations in fullness and fiber quality.

Despite previously discussing these concerns with customer service, the new sets I order continue to arrive with defects, forcing me to make frequent returns. Although Wigs.com is the seller, these quality control failures must be addressed by Renee of Paris as the manufacturer. I want to continue purchasing the styles I love, but I cannot do so without assurance that the brand is correcting these ongoing production issues.

I have 3 Lizzy purchased from you approx. 6 years ago. They were all the same color (strawberry blond w/light blond hi-lites) and perfect for my complexion. The short cut let me style it in my favorite spiky style. I recently ordered a new Lizzy in the Strawberry Swirl colori and it's nowhere near the past color. In comparison, it's more of an ash blond with very little light blond hi-lites and no strawberry color at alI. I ordered two of the new Lizzy only for the reduced price and the style that I love and used to wearing. I hesitated to try a red color which is better for my complexion, but continue to wear Strawberry Swirl even though the color description is very misleading.
