My overall experience is have it required for customer signature for a unit that is quite expensive. I suspect if it was at my doorstep--Someone helped them self to my package.

Hairpiece is top quality for sure. Looks and feels fabulous.
Only issue is that color is difficult to pick based on trying to match your bio color. On line color selection is just not accurate.
