      Not particularly impressed, ordered a wig that was not sent due to an address issue but have not received a refund as promised or any comms about what can be done. It is has been a month now

      Not happy

      The cap was awkwardly shaped and the ear tabs extend over my ears. I buy 1-2 wigs a year for over ten years now and have never had this problem and have never been so disappointed. I also doubt that this is remy because it was frizzy and course out of the box. The lace sticks off my face and is very obvious. Would not recommend

      Way too big

      I was very disappointed with the fit. It is so big, it is lumpy, the ear tabs go over my ears, and the lace front is so thick, you can see it just above my eyebrows. I’m stuck with it because I washed it first (dumb mistake), but I won’t be able to wear it. Waste of money. I’m sure if it fit properly it would be perfect.

      Beautifully natural, GREAT thin hair solution

      I LOVE this piece! I got it in SS Hazelnut and it's very pretty. The hair is soft and healthy. The Cap is incredible. I love the pinnacle caps. They are amazing. :)

      Measurements Somewhat Misleading

      Firstly, this wig looks wonderful; in fact, it is as gorgeous as I had hoped. However, though I followed the instructions on measuring my head (ear to ear, circumference, front to back) and I chose a large size. After trying the wig on in anticipation of a good fit I was dismayed when it proved to be a little small especially from ear to ear. Considering the price of the wig I had expected better.

      Now the wig sits in my closet.
