    Totally disappointed!

    I liked the style of this wig and was very happy when it first came out of the box. In about 3 weeks the hair was feeling like a brillo pad. I was crazy enough to purchase another one because I thought this had to be an isolated incident. The same thing happened again.!

    The representative was no help at all and finally just ignored my responses. Save your money and buy another brand!

    The Customer Service has been exceptional. Sadly the color of the wig I ordered was too dark. I’m in the process of returning it and ordering another color in hopes of it being just right!

    I wish there was a Store where I could look at the colors and wigs in person.

    Color was SO WRONG!

    I sent it back. Much shorter than pictured and although I love the feel of human hair. It was unmanageable!very disappointed in my $800.00( “on sale”) wig. I’ve already returned it.
