Wigs Cash is a reward you earn on every subscription order. It’s bonus store credit you can use on future purchases to save on your favorite wigs, toppers, and care products.

  • Orders under $299: Earn $5 Wigs Cash
  • Orders $300–$999: Earn $20 Wigs Cash
  • Orders $1,000+: Earn $50 Wigs Cash

How do I sign up for a subscription?

  • Select a wig or product under the “Subscribe & Save” Collection. 
  • On the product page, there will be two boxes “Subscribe” and “One-Time”. Select “Subscribe.”
  • Choose how often you would like the wig to be delivered to your home.  
  • Then, add to cart. The discount should automatically apply at checkout. 
  • Once you complete the checkout process, you’ll be entered into the “Subscribe & Save” program.

How does the Subscribe & Save program work?

With the Subscribe & Save Program, getting your favorite wigs is easy. Sign in, pick your style, choose your schedule, and save 30% on wig, topper, and BeautiMark care product renewals, every time.

Can I change the frequency of shipments?

Of course! You can easily adjust your delivery frequency or add products to your subscription at any time. Just log into your account and click “Manage Subscriptions” to make changes.

Can I pause my subscription or skip a delivery?

Yes! You can skip and pause your subscription at any time! You will still get to keep all your perks, including:

  • Exclusive Giveaways
  • Hair Insider reward earnings
  • Wigs Cash

*Please Note: If your subscription is on pause for more than 60 days, your subscription will automatically cancel.

How do I skip, pause or cancel my subscription? 

If you need to skip, pause, or cancel your subscription, follow these easy steps:  

  • Click “My Account” at the top of the screen.
  • Choose “Subscription” on the left hand side. 
  • Select the option to skip, pause, or cancel your subscription. 

*Please Note: If you pause your subscription for more than 60 days, it will automatically cancel. If you cancel your subscription, we offer a seven day grace period to reactivate and keep your rewards.
