Official Rules:

PURCHASE REQUIRED TO PARTICIPATE. ONLY ELIGIBLE QUALIFYING ORDERS PLACED DURING THE PROMOTION PERIOD WILL BE CONSIDERED FOR SELECTION IN ACCORDANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES

THESE OFFICIAL RULES ("RULES") ARE A LEGALLY BINDING AGREEMENT BY AND BETWEEN PARTICIPANT AND SPONSOR (DEFINED BELOW) AND GOVERNS ENTRY IN THE PROMOTION. BY PARTICIPATING IN THE PROMOTION, PARTICIPANT AGREES TO ABIDE BY THESE RULES. FAILURE TO COMPLY WITH THESE RULES, POLICIES AND PROCEDURES WILL VOID A PARTICIPANT'S ENTRY.

The Promotion is subject to these Rules, and by entering, all participants agree to be bound by these Rules. Certain restrictions may apply.

SPONSOR: The sponsor of the promotion is Wigs.com, 5055 Keller Springs Rd, Suite 300, Dallas, TX 75001 ("Sponsor").

ENTRY PERIOD: The Shades of Summer Instant Win Promotion ("Promotion") begins at 12:00 AM Central Time on July 6, 2026 and ends at 11:59 PM Central Time on July 19, 2026 ("Promotion Period").

Eligibility: The Promotion is open to legal residents of the United States only. To be eligible, a participant must be at least 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry. All federal, state, and local rules and regulations apply. A PARTICIPANT'S ENTRY INTO THE PROMOTION WILL BE DEEMED TO BE A REPRESENTATION THAT THE PARTICIPANT IS 18 YEARS OF AGE OR OLDER.

HOW TO ENTER: To enter the Promotion during the Entry Period, a participant must:

  • Place one (1) Eligible order placed during the applicable promotional day will automatically be considered for selection.
  • Orders that are canceled, returned, fraudulent, or otherwise deemed ineligible by Wigs.com will not qualify.
  • Limit one (1) promotional award per person during the Promotion Period.
  • Must agree to the terms & conditions of the "Shades of Summer Promotion" 

Limit one (1) promotional award per person during the Promotion Period. Automated entries are prohibited, and any use of such automated devices will cause disqualification. Sponsor Parties, Facebook, and Instagram and each of their affiliates, subsidiaries, parent corporations and advertising and promotional agencies, and all of their officers, directors, shareholders, employees and agents (collectively, "Releasees") are not responsible for: any incorrect or inaccurate entry information provided by a participant; human error; alteration of entries; entries that are processed late or incorrectly or are incomplete or lost. Illegible and incomplete entries are disqualified. By entering, the Participant represents and warrants to Sponsor and the Releasees that Participant is the copyright owner and grants a non-exclusive license to Sponsor and the Releasees to use the photograph(s), if applicable, in all media now known or hereinafter created in perpetuity. Further, by entering, the Participant represents and warrants to Sponsor that all individuals depicted in the photograph grant rights of publicity and/or privacy to Sponsor to use that individual's image, name and identification in any media now known or hereinafter created in perpetuity. All participants agree to release and hold harmless the Releasees from and against any claim or cause of action resulting from or arising out of participation in the Promotion or use of any prize as a condition of entry into the Promotion. All entries become the property of Sponsor and the Releasees and will not be acknowledged or returned. False and/or deceptive entries or acts, including misrepresentation of age, shall render such entries ineligible. The laws of the State of Texas apply to govern this Promotion and any claims must be raised and resolved in the state or federal courts of Dallas, Texas.

WINNER SELECTION: One (1) winning order will be selected at random from all eligible orders placed on the featured brand's day, between 12:00 AM and 11:59 PM Central Time. The winner will be selected and notified within 24 hours of the close of that day. Winning orders will be selected at the sole discretion of Sponsor from among eligible qualifying orders placed on the applicable promotional day. Sponsor determines the qualifying style for each promotional day and will not be disclosed to customers. If no eligible order is placed for the designated qualifying style, Sponsor reserves the right to select an alternate qualifying order, substitute a qualifying color variation, or apply an alternate selection method at its sole discretion. Selected winners will be notified via the email address associated with their order after eligibility has been verified. Sponsor reserves the right to verify order eligibility and compliance with these Official Rules prior to issuing any refund. By accepting the promotional refund, winners grant Sponsor permission to use their first name, city, and state for winner announcement and promotional purposes related to this Promotion without additional compensation, except where prohibited by law. Sponsor's decisions regarding all aspects of the Promotion, including winner selection, eligibility, qualification of orders, refund issuance, and promotional administration, are final and binding.

PRIZE: Fourteen (14) winning orders may be selected during the Promotion Period, with  one (1) winning order selected per promotional day.:

  • One (1) refund of the purchase price paid for the one (1) qualifying wig included in the winning order

Approximate Retail Value (“ARV”): Varies based on the qualifying wig purchased. Maximum value will not exceed the retail price paid for the qualifying wig included in the winning order.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method whenever possible. Shipping charges, taxes, expedited shipping fees, gift cards, and non-qualifying items purchased in the same order are not included unless otherwise determined by Sponsor.

Prize is non-transferable and may not be exchanged for cash, credit, or substitution except at Sponsor's sole discretion.

REFUND PROCESS: Winning orders will be reviewed and verified by Sponsor before any refund is issued. Once eligibility has been confirmed, the refund will be processed to the original payment method used for the qualifying purchase whenever possible. Please allow up to thirty (30) days from winner notification for the refund to be reflected in the original payment account. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider or financial institution. If the original payment method is unavailable, closed, expired, or otherwise unable to accept the refund, Sponsor reserves the right to issue the refund in an alternate form, including store credit, at its sole discretion. Only the purchase price of the qualifying wig is eligible for refund. Shipping charges, taxes, expedited shipping fees, gift cards, and non-qualifying items included in the same order are not eligible unless otherwise determined by Sponsor.

ODDS OF WINNING: Odds of receiving a promotional refund depend on the number of eligible orders placed during the applicable promotional day and Sponsor's selection of qualifying orders in accordance with these Official Rules.

REVIEW INCENTIVE: 

REVIEW WIGS CASH INCENTIVE: Following winner notification, winners may be invited to submit a product review. Submission of a review is voluntary and is not required to receive the promotional refund.

Eligible winners who successfully submit a qualifying review may receive one (1) promotional $20 Wigs Cash reward. Wigs Cash may be redeemed on a future purchase of $100 or more (before taxes, shipping, and applicable fees). Wigs Cash expires thirty (30) days from the date of issuance and must be redeemed before the expiration date. Any unused portion will be forfeited.

Wigs Cash has no cash value, is non-transferable, and may be subject to additional promotional terms and conditions. Receipt of Wigs Cash is subject to Sponsor's review guidelines and then-current promotional terms and conditions. Limit one (1) Wigs Cash reward per winner.

CUSTOMER DISCLOSURE The Designated Style for each promotional day is confidential and will not be publicly disclosed. Selection is not based on speed of purchase, order value, or any publicly disclosed criteria. Selection is made solely by Sponsor from eligible qualifying orders.

LIMITATIONS ON LIABILITY: Releasees will not be liable to Winners or any other person for failure to supply any prize or any part thereof, by reason of any acts of God, any action(s), regulation (s), order(s), or request(s) by any governmental or quasi-governmental entity (whether or not the action(s) regulation(s), order(s) or request(s) prove(s) to be invalid), equipment failure, terrorist acts, earthquake, war, fire, flood, explosion, unusually severe weather, hurricane, embargo, labor dispute or strike (whether legal or illegal), labor or material shortage, transportation interruption of any kind, work-slow-down, civil disturbance, insurrection, riot, or any other cause beyond Sponsor's control.

GENERAL: By entering this Promotion, participants agree that the Releasees shall not be liable for any liability, claims, lawsuits, causes of action, personal injuries, death, damages, expenses or costs or losses of any kind resulting from, arising from, or in connection with this Promotion, participation or inability to participate in this Promotion or acceptance of, misuse of, defect in, use of or inability to use the prize or parts thereof, including, without limitation, claims, suits, injuries, losses and damages related to personal injuries, death, damage to or destruction of property, rights of publicity or privacy, defamation or portrayal in a false light (whether intentional or unintentional), whether under a theory of contract, tort (including negligence), warranty or other theory. Winners release Releasees from any and all liability and responsibility with respect to the prize (including any property loss, damage, personal injury or death). Winners acknowledge that neither Sponsor nor the Releasees have neither made nor is in any manner responsible for any warranty, representation or guarantee, expressed or implied, in fact or in law, related to the prize.

If for any reason, this Promotion may not be conducted as planned by reason of any entry that, in Sponsor's sole opinion, corrupts or affects the administration, security, fairness, integrity, or proper conduct of this Promotion, false and/or deceptive entries or acts, including the use of automated launching, voting or entry software shall render such entries ineligible and the participant will be disqualified. Sponsor reserves the right at its sole discretion to disqualify any individual implicated in such action, and/or to cancel, terminate, modify or suspend this Promotion or any portion thereof. In the event this Promotion is canceled, terminated, modified or suspended, Sponsor, at its sole discretion, reserves the right to select Winner from remaining eligible entries or conduct a random drawing to award the prize from among all eligible, non-suspect entries received before the time of the action or event warranting such cancellation, termination, modification or suspension. THIS PROMOTION IS IN NO WAY SPONSORED, ENDORSED OR ADMINISTERED BY, OR ASSOCIATED WITH INSTAGRAM OR FACEBOOK. YOU ARE PROVIDING YOUR INFORMATION TO SPONSOR AND THE RELEASEES AND NOT TO FACEBOOK.

CAUTION: ANY ATTEMPT BY A PARTICIPANT TO DELIBERATELY UNDERMINE THE LEGITIMATE OPERATION OF THE PROMOTION  IS A VIOLATION OF CRIMINAL AND/OR CIVIL LAWS AND SHOULD SUCH AN ATTEMPT BE MADE, SPONSOR AND THE RELEASEES RESERVES THE RIGHT TO DAMAGES AND OTHER REMEDIES FROM ANY SUCH PERSON TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW.

Sponsor’s decisions regarding all matters related to the Promotion are final and binding. Sponsor reserves the right to update or clarify the official rules at any time in order to ensure fairness, compliance, or proper administration of the promotion.
