This is the first wig I returned and should have listened to reviews about this wig. It feels very thin and just hung flat to my face. There was no chance to style it as the cut of the bangs would not stay in place. Since I decided to return, I did not put any effort to style the wig. I give it 4 stars for color! I will say the return process is excellent!
