Kyla | Synthetic Lace Front Wig (Mono Part)

Purchased Kyla in Martini. The fibers are bizzarre in that I am unable to run my fingers through them without them getting stuck. The fibers seem to want to stick to each other and you see and hear them struggling to pull free from each other (crispy sound). I wonder if they forgot the silicone coating in the factory? I put an extensive amount of silicone hair serum through them and it improved about 50%. Other than that the right side of the wig has ends that flip out too much, the other side has none. I tried steaming the flips straight per Youtube videos and the flips won't budge. The left profile is downright unflattering as it just sits straight ...very little movement due to fibers sticking together and the ends are oddly cut - they're neither wispy nor blunt. When I tilt my head back the profile of the left side reminds me of the early 80's hairstyles given to little boys..theres a sharp straight blunt layer lying on top of a slightly curled in underlayer and it all ultimately collects into a point at the back of the head. Really quite ugly. The wefts at the crown are sewn in facing back to front instead of sewn along the sides of the head. This causes the fibers to direct to the front which I believes adds to the problem of there being very little movement to the piece. I am giving 2 stars as the colour Martini is fabulous and the hairline is perfect. I expected better quality from Jon Renau as I have their Madison in Venice Blonde which is gorgeous.
