    Poor quality wig

    The color is beautiful, but I’m extremely disappointed in the quality of this wig and the customer service I received from Wigs.com.

    After wearing it just once to dinner for approximately two hours, the fibers at the bottom became tangled and matted. This happened almost immediately out of the box, and it continues even with minimal wear—as little as driving somewhere.

    I have experience with heat-friendly synthetic wigs and understand their maintenance requirements. I’ve worn other wigs for hours, even in heavy winds, and any tangles were easy to remove. The matting on this wig is far beyond what I’ve experienced with my others.

    I contacted Wigs.com shortly after receiving it, following that first wear with pictures , to request a refund or exchange. They declined and instead provided a tutorial on caring for heat-friendly synthetic fibers. That did not address my concern: I believe this particular wig has a quality issue. After sharing my experience in wig forums, I also heard from others describing similar problems with this brand.

    For a wig to mat this quickly with such light use is incredibly disappointing. So is having my concern treated as a maintenance issue rather than being meaningfully addressed.

    Dream hair!!

    I find Preistly to be one of my most stunning and yet maintenance free wigs I have ever owned. Her long barrel curls have just enough loose waves to make her strikingly beautiful! I choose her for date night, special events weddings or even a concert and she’s always a hit! Shes extremely soft and light even though she has a lot of hair! Shes light enough and low density enough fitting flush to my head that I can even wear her in a hat! I am wearing her shown in Butterbeer blonde.
