I think my problem is the wig cap and wearing gloves while trying on the wigs-i'm trying to be so careful and probably not giving it enough time to see if the style really works for me. This did feel really full and thick and wasn't quite as long as i like. I can honestly say everyone at Wigs.com that i have dealt with have been wonderful-and that means everything. This was not my first return based on color or style-have had no issues at all.

I got Rachel in Fawn. Aside from the expected shine and density, she's a great wig. Incredibly comfortable, with full coverage on my 22-inch head. So much so that I've ended up buying a few more Jon Renaus! I've only worn her in a bun in the summer heat, but she's been perfect for that. I will say that she's a fair amount of hair at first blush, but take the time to tame her, and you won't be disappointed.

I have been alternating between two Rachel wigs since December, over 6 months now of wearing them every day, and I am very pleased with the natural looking fiber and longevity of this style. They both have been washed a few times and traveled to Mexico and Japan where they withstood harsh sunshine, winds, and rain. Rachel looks very natural and its lace front and hand-tied cap make it flow. In the past, I have also worn Jon Renau's Heidi and Mila. Heidi is another nice, natural look. less expensive and she holds up well. Mila was my former favorite wig and occasionally I will put Mila on. However, it feels like too much hair now for me and not as natural, but it also is a nice wig. I have had many compliments on Rachel (my hair!)

Now that I have been buying and wearing this wig for awhile, I can honestly say this is my favorite of the many wigs I have tried.
I found that braiding it at home or traveling a long way in the car keeps the knots away from under back neck area. It also freshens up the beach waves. I just brush out the braids and wide tooth comb it out. Beautiful. I also use the Jon Reneau conditioning spay everyday.
When it gets old, I just wear it in braids.
That hides any wear. I have stocked up a few extras of this wig. I love it.
I lightly feather some bangs in it, just because that my normal style.
