ESTILISMO &y MANTENIMIENTO
Lavado:
- Añade 1 cucharada de champú al agua fría. Remójalo durante 5 minutos.
- Enjuague bien (un enjuague incompleto opaca la fibra)
- Seque suavemente con una toalla. No apriete, retuerza, cepille ni peine mientras esté mojado.
- Cuélguelo para que se seque al aire o use un secador de pelo a temperatura baja.
Estilo:
- A diferencia de tu cabello, la fibra Tru2Life solo se fija al enfriarse. ¡Así que mantén la forma del rizo hasta que se enfríe y luego suéltalo!

The extension itself is great, but the color received is much darker than the website photo. I have to pay to ship it both ways, so I am out $26 due to their poor photos.

I had to return the ponytail. The color was all wrong, nothing like on the website. Plus it was thinner then I expected.

I did not use this item. I tried to exchange this item as the incorrect color was purchased.
I was told I could not exchange it. That I had to return it and then purchase another one. By returning it I lost almost $20 between the percent off that I had received for the initial purchase plus your restocking fee. Very disappointed in your customer service.

Service with Wigs.com was exceptional as usual. They helped guide me through my orders. The products came. I ordered several pony tails. One that I have gotten in the past and was familiar with and 2 others that were new with a lighter weight and shorter clip. Plus a full wig. I was looking for a lighter and smaller clip in pony because my hair is thin and baby fine and as I am getting older, it cannot hold the larger 6inch clip Ins. They are too heavy to stay on my head. Everything was great except for one of the new ponytails. The 12in Simply Wavy Clip On was-odd. It has a smaller clip BUT, the ponytail clip is NOT fully covered. So when you clip it on, you see where your natural hair goes in under the clip, then about an inch wide of the brown clip that’s attached to your hair is seen and then there is hair after that on the outer most edges of the clip. Therefor, it defeats the purpose and in a most obvious easily seen way. You can see the claw clip attaching fake hair to your own. So I am returning it. The other smaller clip in pony is fine and works great! I will be reordering it again soon.
