I've been buying this wig for many years after my former RW was discontinued & after trying many different RW wigs. In the past. Excite was great out of the box with no trimming or thinning, natural looking & excellent colors. Unfortunately, I have found the last 3 or 4 were getting thicker, with the crowns permanently set to fall to the left. I prefer right side & never had a problem before as the hair seemed to fall neutrally in the middle. My last Excite has taken daily thinning, trimming & styling with sprays in order to change its look. After much effort, it is just OK now; however, I hope I don't have to go through this with the new ones on backorder. I would hate to have to find a new wig style since the newer ones don't suit someone my age. That said, I have only docked a star as my past history with this wig was always positive. Hoping RW's manufacturers get back on track with this one.

Hairdresser thinned it out. Would like to see similar wigs with less hair -- speaking for myself. I have thinning hair and using a wig with too much hair tends to elicit comments about how 'different' my hair looks. Would rather not draw attention to my wig, would like it to be as natural as possible. Color and texture is excellent, just would like one with much less hair.

I would recommend this wig for the petite or petite average. Fits snuggly and requires no trimming. Pretty shape especially at the crown if you like some fullness. Works well with glasses. Very natural and worth the higher price. R9S+ is a beautiful color with just a hint of red. Hope RW never quits making this wig.
