Jeannie | Synthetic Lace Front Wig (Mono Top) | UNAVAILABLE

I received Jeannie as a Christmas gift, through an appointment where I could try on the various wigs to see them first-hand. This is a first wig for me, made necessary by a balding scalp that made me look older and older, and more and more discouraged about my appearance. I'm basically just learning about wig culture, but I am pleased with the results. Although I am aware that I look like an old lady wearing a wig, Jeannie takes at least 10 years off my appearance, and my hairdresser is now helping me out by cutting my hair with the wig in mind. Of all of the wigs I tried on, Jeannie was the least "mop-ish". The bangs seemed a bit long at first, but brushing them to one side or another, and pushing the cap up to my natural hairline helped a lot. Jeannie and I now appear in public all the time. I've learned to love her!

I own several wigs and am a retired hair stylist. I liked this wig and found it very easy to style. Bangs were a little longer than shown but I am happy about that. The only problem is the color (vanilla butter) did not match picture or description at all. Was just a light blonde. No two tone gold and light blond . I kept the wig as it is good style with no thin spots like some have. Wish the color shown in pictures and descriptions matched what we receive. It never seems to.

The wig I received is way thicker and longer length than shows in picture. I am a stylist and can do most anything with my wigs but this one is a challenge. I ordered the vanilla butter and it was suppose to be golden blond with 50% platinum blond, well there is no platinum to be seen. It is just very golden . Neckline has strange edging on cap that doesn't lay comfortable on neck. Wish I could send it back but I have been trying hard to style it and make it okay and now I am stuck with it. It is not my most expensive wig but it is expensive and I can not recommend it.
