it arrived in a crinkled state and the back was suppose to be straight and it was all over the place. Still trying to decide whether to keep it. Other reviews say it takes over a month to get a refund. May try to shampoo and see if ends straighten. Not a happy customer.

I bought this for my B/f of 25+yrs. She has GBM4 just finished 6 weeks radiation and chemo. We had bought a wig in the area..she doesn't complain much..she was happy..but it just wasn't her. Cut off, color off..I came across this one and decided to get it for her birthday. She tried it on and her eyes lite up!!! It was perfect right out of the box!! She has so much confidence now she looks like herself again! Thank you. The color is gorgeous. Shiny enough, but not fake. Honestly it doesn't even look like a wig, super pretty!!
