I never used the item. I really couldn't call it a Wig, more like a Hot Mess!!! I have never seen something that a woman is to place on her head, made so cheap.

This wig was packaged poorly and damaged as a result when I received it. I requested a refund, but have not received my refund as of yet. I have several emails to customer service and have not received a response. I am very disappointed by the customer service.

The highlights on this chocolate cherry piece were terribly made. It had about a 2” thick band of only the bright violet color (not blended with any other color) that ran right across the top of the head, it looked like you were wearing a pink headband. Not as advertised at all. The Wigs.com rep said they’re handmade in Indonesia so they may not all look exactly the same as they would if machine made, but this is no excuse for the design completely failing to meet the specifications advertisement of the product. Returned it immediately, very disappointed.
