The front is very uncomfortable pinches badly to the point that it hurts

It Looked awful

I got an email that I received a refund and instead of deducting $10.00 as it states in your return policy for items in a price range such as mine, they deducted $17.95 .. an extra of $7.95

Instead of a refund of $ 191.33 to my credit card, they refunded $183.38

I paid for the shipping return myself, so I don’t understand the extra $7.95 deduction

I texted customer service but they did not reply

Roxie has wonderful hair fiber, density and hand tied cap! Envy synthetic wigs are overall the best fibers is you like hair to look low to medium density...not thick and heavy. I was blown away by the comfort of the cap. But I had to send back the light brown since very light and light brown streaks were at the roots. It would look nice if it had the perfect mix for a more natural look as on

Brittaney by Envy in light brown. I've been told that the streakiness is on all hand-tield and full monofilament tops... only partial mono and basic caps can have the perfect mix (non streakiness) at the top. I believed it until I saw Brittaney by Envy that has a lovely mix of light browns... what would make it perfect is a shaded root added. So both Roxie and Brittaney could use a medium brown root to be perfect. Roxie has nice movement for a straight style. I might revisit Roxie again if I can figure out how to nicely add roots to synthetic wigs by testing some of my older cheaper wigs first. There are techniques to follow on Youtube, but none that I've tried make the root look matte... only super shiny.
