    It seems that I am most often receiving Sky wigs that I have been worn before. For example, they often reek of perfume or have been trimmed to suit the previous owner. With your rising prices, I will expect brand new, out of the box products in the future! It is quite expensive to pay for returns. If you continue to send your customers previously worn wigs, then returns should be free.

    Repeat not as full in the upper back of wig

    I've bought several of these wigs and have loved them. The last two, one of which I returned, had upper back hair sticking up and the back generally not as lush with hair. It doesn't seem the wig is being made as well as previous iterations.
