I love the wonderful Wigs.com customer service on processing my wig and having it arrive promptly as well. In addition, I love the easy way to return an item and the notice I receive their receipt of my return.
I would have kept the wig except for the difference on the color. I will call Customer Service in the future prior to selecting a wig to purchase.

I have 2 of these wigs that I like. I bought 1 in Shaded Iced Cappuccino and it was at least shades darker than it looks on the website. I may get another wig in a different color.

Both colors arrived crushed, misshapen, looking more like roadkill than the quality wigs I am used to from Raquel @ Wigs.com. Sadly, cut the tags off expecting that they would look better " on" ( they didn't ! ), and cannot return per policy. Money wasted.
