    Hair pieces are not all the same length

    I have order from this company for many years. I ordered 5 of these in Jan of 2023.

    I just now got them out of the package to wear. They were not the same length as before. I called and talked to customer care. I ask of could return because they are way short. I can if I pay for it. They said well the can be 2-3 inches difference even though it’s the same product. I ask does it state that the description? They said no.

    So, I’m stuck. I don’t feel like it’s my fault that they are so different in length. Odd. Will order else where. I was disappointed the the service.

    Light weight

    This topper is perfect to wear in hot weather. It's much cooler than a full wig.

    The color is perfect for my gray hair.
