I purchased the Ellen Wille “Nuance” wig in May 2024, spending nearly $2,000. I 100% followed the care instructions to the letter in the box, using only the products specifically recommended for this model. I washed and styled it gently, always in the correct direction, with the proper brushes and heat tools. Despite this, by October/November 2024, the wig started tangling badly and became increasingly unwearable.

In December 2024, I contacted customer support and received care products and instructions, but they didn’t help. The wig tangles immediately after washing and styling, even with the slightest head movement or contact with air (see attached). It looks like a matted mess — completely unwearable.

I understand that wearing a wig can come with some discomfort, especially for someone without natural hair. But when a wig of this price becomes unpresentable and unusable after just a few months, it is not normal. I believe this is either a manufacturing defect or a serious design flaw.

Unfortunately, the brand’s representative has not offered any real solution — no replacement, no refund — despite my detailed and polite communication. I feel completely let down. I hope this review helps other buyers make a more informed decision.

I purchased the Nuance Remy hair wig and initially had high hopes for it. Here are my thoughts:

Fit: The wig fit beautifully on my petite-sized head, which was a definite plus. It felt secure and comfortable without being too tight.

Color: The color was stunning and looked very natural. I truly loved the vibrancy and tone—it’s one of the standout features of this wig.

Length: Unfortunately, the length wasn’t quite what I was hoping for. It was a bit too short for my personal preference, which led to my decision to return it.

Lace Quality: This was my biggest concern. The lace felt stiff and itchy against my skin, making it uncomfortable for extended wear. Additionally, the lace kept rolling under itself at the hairline, which was frustrating and affected the overall appearance.

While the wig had some great features, like its fit and color, the lace quality and length ultimately made it unsuitable for my needs. For anyone with different length preferences or who doesn’t mind the stiffer lace, it could still be a good option.
