I received my order considerably fast with regular shipping to Canada. Was very excited about this wig and I watched all the available video reviews on you tube on Zara and i actually choose this one because it has right side part and looked cute on all the ladies who reviewed.

But once received - I got very disappointed - IT looks very wiggy. It has big puffy bump on top and fibers are so unrealistic and unruly kind of waves. The wig i received looks nothing like on any of the videos!!!

Also the cap size is different from other Rene of Paris wigs i have-this one is too small from the top - ear to ear and was sliding back. The lace front didnt stay close to skin and was sticking out. I had high expectations for Zara but got very disappointed with this wig.

Also i never had to do returns with this company until now. I ordered from this company before and had good experience until this time..For International customers there is a catch-you have to pay for your return again, and you are not getting your duty taxes - unless you paid it with your order at the same time as shipping - i paid duty taxes upon delivery. So, the return cost becomes very expensive. The hassle of return and inconvenience are not worth it. All together this time was very unpleasant experience.

Unless you 100% sure on style and color you ordering - for international customers its not convenient and loosing money experience.
