First off, I liked the A line bob and color I got, RH1488RT8. But out of the box it had a ton of heavy hair at the crown and all hung like limp rag. So I took to local wig stylist and she cut in some feathery bangs and thinned in all the right places to customize to my face. Set me back another $65 but this wig would be unusable as it comes out of box. The way I have now am very happy. Pretty much any wig has to be trimmed and styled when you get it...never saw one that didn't.

I have a Deena that I purchased about a year ago. The new Deena looks nothing like the first one....its much (2") longer, does not have same bangs, curves forward toward the chin instead of toward the ears. That being said, after a 1:1 excellent video consultation with Jade, I think I can work with this wig. It looks cute on , I was just surprised it was so different than my first Deena.

It was very different from the picture on the website and hair was a lot shorter. I even showed to my sister who is a hairdresser and she even said it’s nothing like the picture on the website. Very disappointing….
