Never had a problem with Wigs.com but the quality of Samy has gone way down.
One I ordered was wild and thin as well.

Received wig in a timely fashion . Adorable short wig . I wash my first to calm it down. To spike spray while on your head or use a wax / gel for synthetic wigs. Fun style.
