Had high hopes for this wig after seeing a majority of good reviews.
But after only 1 week, hair in back near nape started looking like a frizzy mess on the ends. I was extremely careful with it. Combing it with a wide tooth comb each time and gently starting at bottom and working my way through.
Also, the hairs in the front will not stay in place, they just keep flying in your face constantly, no matter which way you put the part.
I had read that the quality has gone way done recently. After paying over $500 for a wig that starts falling apart after one week I sent it back for a refund.
Buyer beware.

I just love my new hairdo!!! It’s the style I’ve always wanted! The hair is so soft and silky, and I can easily style in so many ways. It looks very natural because I change the style a little each day. I love how comfortable it feels and flows. This is my first and favorite wig and I plan to purchase a second Upstage to have for backup! I am just over-the-top thrilled and couldn’t be any happier!!!

I did have a bit of a hard time getting the flip out of the back but a flat iron worked. I also had the bangs trimmed. I absolute love the color- Shaded Hazelnut and wish I could have more wigs in this color. I'm pretty new to wearing wigs but I'm learning that the Raquel Welch wigs tend to have "flop face". I don't want to cut any more bangs into this, but I found that wearing a headband helps. I think it looks gorgeous, but I don't know if I would buy a wig with the tru2life fiber again. It tangles and looks ratty at the bottom pretty quickly. I do use a very wide tooth comb to get rid of the snags in the bottom and then spray with HairUWear conditioner. It helps. I am learning that HF wigs NEED hear so I will research further to find out how to best care for this one. Wigs.com is the best! Excellent customer service and no restocking or hidden fees when you have to return. I won't buy from anywhere else. You can see the difference in the style before and after I worked on it.
