I have bought over 10 wigs from you. Most of the time I am completely satisfied. I have 3 wigs that did not work out, Winter is one of them. It looks nothing like the pictures. I am going to take it to a hairdresser and see if she can do something with it. Over all I've been happy with the wigs and your service.

I have owned Winter since July of 2015. This wig is a perfect fit and look for me! The shape the color & texture is wonderful and it's a quality product. I get TONS of compliments and people are shocked that it is a wig. The reviews that indicate it's a mess out of the box are a little extreme. I've worn wigs for over a year now and have always order from Wigs.com or purchased from a local wig shop. Either way "out of the box" wigs take a little finessing to get it just right for you. When I first put Winter on she was a little poofy but I wore it around the house for a few hours so the cap and hairs could acclimate and warm up to my head shape and body temperature. While doing this every so often I would stop in front of the mirror and mess with it and manipulate the style a bit. After a few combings and a touch of product she turned out beautiful. that dream hair style? So you go to the salon with the pic and ask for exactly that style in the pic and afterwards it's not quite that exactly but it's a version of it fitted just for you and you personal style. Well it's the same with wigs! It just takes a little bit of time and effort to get it right for you. I have attached a photo of how beautiful Winter truly is!
