As you might have noticed, wigs.com got quite the face lift! Here at Beauty and Hair, we have been hard at work over the past few months to make the new look happen. We are proud to offer you the best experience in hair buying available online!

So what's new? First of all, wigs.com is highly more user-friendly. The mobile version is amazing and lightning fast. You now have updated product pages so you get the best images and experience. Videos, photos and color swatches are all in one place for easy browsing.

So go ahead! Take the new site for a spin. And don't forget; we love lour feedback so please let us know what you think. It helps all of us.

    Hi there Susan,

    I apologize for your frustration. The advantage to our site upgrade is a much more efficient and secure site, but the downside is there are a few extra steps initially. Your account shows that you did activate your account. However, I just sent you an email to reset your password. Don’t worry… you can set it to the same password as you had before. If you are like me… you have one you like to stick to;)

    I’m unable to log in to my account (shows Invalid login credentials). My email address has not changed. I’m having the same problem as the other customers commenting here.

    I did NOT receive any activation email from you, but I did get one from Wigoutlet.com on 11/4/16—and I can login in there without any problem.

    I wanted to shop your 30% off sale today and clearly can’t.

With the new website comes great advantages and security. unfortunately, the only extra step you have to take (just one time) to activate your customer account is to click the activation button on the email we sent you (and sent to every one with an existing account on wigs.com)

    I want to buy a topper but when I hit pick a color a roll chart comes up with a bunch of color numbers. How do I know what color these numbers represent? There’s no color chart.
