Measuring for a topper is simple!
1. Simply Grab a soft measuring tape and measure side to side. This will be the width.
2. Next, measure from the front of your hairline to the back of the thinning. This will be the length.
Got it? Great! This will be the measurement for the area you need to cover. However, this is not the measurement for your topper. It is essential that you add at least an inch to both the width and length. This way, you can ensure that your topper will be clipped onto healthy strong hair.
Short hair toppers range from 4” to 8” in length and will be perfect if you are looking for a topper that is shorter than the length of your chin.
Mid-length hair toppers range from 8.25” to 13”. So if you’re looking for a piece that’ll hit between your chin to collar bone, this length will be perfect for you!
Long hair toppers range from 13.25 in and longer. If you have long hair and want more volume and length, long hair toppers are perfect for you!
